Windrush House represented an exciting opportunity to transform a dated period property into a modern family home.

With numerous extensions added to the property in the past the clients brief was to remove any additional works and restore the property to its Victorian heritage routes. 

​

Alongside removing previous extensions the client wanted to design a contemporary new extension encompassing a glazed, open plan kitchen which offers views across the grounds. 

​

In addition to the new extension the internal part of the house will be remodeled while outbuildings will be deigned and renovated. A pool will also be installed.
