A UK based MEP design consultancy are looking to add an experienced BIM CAD draughtsman to add to their growing global delivery office in Pune, India.

This is an opportunity to join an exciting new company that has a reputation for producing the very highest quality M&E design information on prestigious projects throughout the UK.

​

The project design work will initially be on UK construction projects, but will be expanding internationally as the business follows its projected expansion.

​

The successful candidate will have extensive building services experience and should ideally come from an MEP consultancy or MEP contracting background.

​

Job Description:

​

The desired individual would possess a good working knowledge of Revit MEP & AutoCad with proven experience of between 1 -3 years ideally having worked on construction projects with an understanding of the principles of BIM.

​

Knowledge of Building Services design and experience of services co-ordination is essential along with the ability to work autonomously on projects.

​

Preparation of drawings to the highest standards is essential to maintain the business at the head of its field.

​

The position is offered on a permanent basis with an immediate start.

​

Specification:

• Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written.

• Fully conversant with the use of AutoCAD and Revit MEP

• Possess a comprehensive knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services together with the associated Engineering Principals

• Excellent communication skills
