Bucks Hill is a beautiful country house set within a 17 acre estate near Chesham. The 7 bedroom main house, landscaped formal and lawned gardens are supplemented with a tennis court, Entertainment Barn, Stable Barn, walled garden, swimming pool, wild flower meadow, paddock and feature ponds.

 

The project comprises the full refurbishment of the main house and all five outbuildings, a new indoor swimming pool together with an inspirational client brief to meet net zero carbon for the whole estate.

 

Achieved with a biomass community heating system, domestic water sourced from two new boreholes and a 60kw ground mounted photovoltaic array offsetting the grid emissions.
