Situated on a peninsula piece of lane in east London, the site situated between Limehouse Cut and River Lea was once home to a Victorian mill.
Destroyed in 1965, the site was given new life with three angular residential buildings constructed providing 109 new homes containing 1-3 bedroom flats.
With strong architectural references to the nearby riverside warehouse characteristics the buildings belong in harmony with the nearby water front.
