We are looking for an ambitious and highly capable electrical services engineer to join our expanding MEP design department as Associate Director.

Ideal candidates will have circa 10 years post-graduate experience, Chartered, coming from a professional services background.

​

We are looking for individuals with a high level of technical ability who can manage project teams delivering MEP design services.

​

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a fast growing, diverse and dynamic business.

The role will suit someone who has been operating at a senior level, who is now looking to take a career move to Associate Director Level, who will become an integral part of the company’s growth and future executive team.

The Role:

Candidates will be hands-on focused individuals who can uphold our own standards for quality and customer service.

The role will involve managing multiple projects with minimal support, liaising with internal teams of professionals.

​

The successful candidate will have considerable experience of working within a Building Services Consultancy and will be familiar with preparing electrical services designs and specifications. Involvement in the preparation of bids, marketing and client presentations is to be expected as a senior member of the team.

​

The role will involve representing BTP at client and project meetings. The candidate will be expected to build and develop client relationships. Commercial awareness is important as well as managing time and project fees.
