Grade II Listed Residential Property

This Grade II residential property sits within the Belulah Hill area of Croydon and will be the subject of renovation works which will maintain the property's storied history while also seeing improvements in thematic comfort and energy efficiency.

The Grade II listing was awarded in 1976 and the property is thought to have been constructed in the 1840's but could potentially have even earlier origins.

The Upper Norwood region of London grew in popularity throughout 1800's thanks to its high view points and spring waters. Belulah Spa was subsequently opened with a Hotel and Spa designed by Decimus Burton opened circa 1831.
