Quadrant House is a mixed-use building with ground floor retail and three floors of offices comprising approximately 39,000 sq ft.

 

The works included the refurbishment of the common parts as well as ensuring the services to the office suites met the needs of the foreseeable future so that existing clients could be retained while attracting new tenants.
