We are happy to see works starting on The Boathouse, a replacement dwelling situated in a picturesque area of the River Thames.

The site offers both a stunning vista but also brings several complications to the build but the finished property will see a modern and contemporary boathouse whose design takes inspiration from the surrounding area.

The raised plinth will ensure security from flood risks and allows the balconies to overhand the river offering a simple but elegant feature.

The exterior works will be will be finished in the next couple of weeks with the interior works starting shortly after. We look forward to sharing the progress of this exciting property over the coming weeks.
