We are delighted to be working with Anderson Orr architects again, this time on a new build luxury property located in Goring on the bank of the River Thames.

Designed to withstand the potential flood risk from the river, the property is raised on pile foundations by two metres and comprises a large open ground floor podium level with additional accommodation at a central first floor level.

Comprising of six bedrooms with an external swimming pool and private boat mooring, the building services systems include low energy ASHP, MVHR heat recovery ventilation and rainwater harvesting reducing water consumption.
