14 Unit Business Park Given Planning Go Ahead

Westhall Estates Limited have secured planning permission for 180,000 sq ft and 14 units of B2/B8 units at Rycote Lane, Thame, Oxfordshire.

This scheme will see a reforming of the 'team' from a previous project, Aston 41.

Phase 1 is due to begin on site in 2021 with units being available in Q4 of 2021.

Units will be available in a range of sizes from circa 2,500 sq ft up to 50,000 sq ft and will be available primarily on a freehold basis.
