The site at Rycote Lane is progressing well with the project, under the supervision of Parkway Constriction, still on track for completion end of the year.
The scheme comprises 14 B2/B8 SME units totalling 171,943 sq ft GIA to be built in one phase with PC in November '22 and ranging between 3,145 sq ft and 51,192 sq ft. BTP are working in collaboration with both the developers and Parkway Construction providing MEP, Sustainability and Infrastructure professional services.
