Decarbonisation Office Refurbishment Approaching Completion

The site at Quadrant House is progressing well with the interior lighting now being installed by principal contractor Thomas Sinden Ltd.

Quadrant House is a refurbishment and decarbonisation project in Caterham. The existing building is being extensively modified with both the retail and commercial spaces included within the project scope. BTP have been involved throughout the duration of the project and have undertaken the M&E Engineering scope along with the sustainability and visualisation works.
