The second phase of the landmark high street office refurbishment project in Caterham for Tandridge Council is underway, with Thomas Sinden appointed as main contractor.
Having been involved with the project since inception, BTP were delighted to be appointed as technical designers for MEP services through to Stage 4, working as part of the D&B Contractor's team.
