BTP Appointed for 39,000 ft2 High Street Office Refurbishment

Tandridge District Council have appointed BTP for the refurbishment and upgrade project at Quadrant House, Caterham.

Quadrant House is a mixed-use building with ground floor retail and three floors of offices comprising approximately 39,000 sq ft.

The works will include the refurbishment of the common parts as well as ensuring the services to the office suites meet the needs of the foreseeable future so that existing clients can be retained while attracting new tenants.
