Delighted to be working with BHP Architects and Ursus Project Management Ltd to design and specify the new Passive House property at Charlton Village, Wantage. Utilising Sunamp heat stores to provide year round hot water via the 12kW integrated PV array and without the need for a domestic boiler, the client is also benefiting from rain water harvesting, SMART controls, MVHR with integral cooling, resulting in minimal running costs.
