A listed property in St Giles, Oxford has been accepted for an RHI grant by Ofgem in what we believe is the first instance of a grant being given to a College.
Despite being a listed building the property is now zero carbon thanks to biomass heating, wall & ceiling radiant heat emitters, SMART controls and a roof mounted PV array.
To fulfill the grant criteria there is a biomass boiler in the basement along with a wood store.
